We had a tire change done at Best One Tire, and the experience was outstanding. The shop is very professional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Kavin, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Even though the shop normally closes at 4:30 pm, they kindly waited for us to arrive and still provided excellent service without rushing. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, which makes their service even more impressive. That level of customer care and fairness is rare to find these days, and we truly appreciate it. Highly recommend Best One Tire to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

Top notch place here. Derrick and Eli were very professional and proficient at what they do. 1-31-18 update: Not so top notch. After tire install, around a thousand miles later, the lug nuts came loose and wrecked two rims and a hub. A Best One employee commented that it wasn't the first time, and the installer had been told to torque the lug nuts on different ocasions. Best one in Murfreesboro replaced the damaged rims, and initially pledged to do something about the wheel hub. I was willing to eat all of the labor. Several weeks later, i called for a pair of new front tires and asked to see if they would discount them slightly to help with the hub cost. No call back from the store manager whom ive dealt with from the start. I was willing to eat all labor and never even complained about the few days the truck was not out hauling (~$2000). I won't be back there for anything. When fellow haulers ask where to get tires from, I let them know where not to.
